A21 State Any Amateur Doubles Tournament, scheduled for March 4th still needs to be pre-registered at the FSA website or directly to me at rodlewis1317@protonmail.com. Remember “less than 10 teams registered for an amateur doubles event by the posted cutoff time, the Registrar will cancel the tournament“. Thanks.
To get listed as needing a partner, please email seawitch2@gmail.com, or make a comment below – Remember to give your name and phone number and or email, and the tournament date, and if you need a PRO, AM, State AM, and if Man or Lady is needed/preferred.
When you do find a partner please let us know so we can remove your request.
The day started very chilly as our wonderful volunteers set up the Coronado/Mainland Courts for the ND19 No Two Pros Tournament on Feb 2nd (Ground Hog Day). Debbie Evans was our director with some help from Phil Wade and our sponsors were: Complete Health, Davis Bros HVAC, G&W Roofing, Highpoint Capital, NBS Homes, NSB Physical Therapy, Marriot Springhill Suites, State Farm Ins, Stellar Foot & Ankle, Town & Country Cooling, Kevin Para, Arlene & Jerry Jabaut, Gail Kadar, The Tivy Family and Cindy & Zak Wonson. The Tavares Shuffleboard Club hosted State Amateur Tournament A16b on January 29, 2024 . Eleven teams participated from Mid FL Lakes, Hawthorne, Holiday RVV, Leesburg and Clermont. Rod Lewis was the director and Edward Jones and All American Washers were the sponsors. The director had a few close calls.
