I would like to thank the many people who responded to my question on what to do for our future tournaments.
It was unanimous in that we pre-register all our tournaments and that we have a minimum of eight teams in order to play and award points.
This will start with ND09 11 Nov in DeLand.

The pre-registration email id is NDSB@protonmail.com.
The email will have to list each player and a contact phone number. Email from Noon Sunday Nov 7th until 5 PM Tuesday Nov 9th.

There needs to be a minimum of 8 teams to hold the tournament. Once we have 8 teams we will let people know that the tournament will proceed and more teams may still be able to register at DeLand on the 11th. WE NEED 8 TEAMS PRE-REGISTERED!
The next tournament is ND10 Monday 15 Nov at Tavares (any AM Draw). You will need to pre-register from 8 AM Friday Nov 12th until Noon on Sunday Nov 14th.

For all State Amateur tournaments you must per-register at Tourn.Register@gmail.com.

Due to the extremely low participation in amateur tournaments A01 and A02, the Board of the Florida Shuffleboard Association has instituted a temporary preregistration requirement for all statewide amateur tournaments. If less than 12 players register for an amateur singles event or less than 10 teams register for an amateur doubles event by the posted cutoff time, the Registrar will cancel the tournament. This procedure is to take immediate effect and continue until cancelled by the board. (10/27/2021)
