The Deland Shuffleboard Club hosted the ND19 Any Doubles Tournament on Feb 7, 2025. The Tavares Shuffleboard Club hosted the State Tournament A16B Any Amateur Doubles Tournament on January 27, 2025. Rod Lewis was the Director and Ed Jones was the sponsor. The Leesburg Shuffleboard Club hosted the ND17 Modified Draw Tournament on January 23, 2025. Bob Robinson was the Director. Suters Air Conditioning and the Leesburg Shuffleboard Club were the sponsors. The weather was very cold and Thursday play had to be stopped due to the rain. They were able to finish the tournament on Friday. The tournament starts with the men playing the men and the ladies playing the ladies. On the second day the men who won the first day, draw a partner from the ladies who won on the first day and then the teams compete against each other. Congratulations to all the shufflers who braved the cold to play. As we only had six ladies the final positions for the men did not have a partner.

The Clermont Shuffleboard Club hosted the ND 16 Any Amateur Tournament on January 20, 2025. Rod Lewis was the Director with assistance from Donnamarie. The Clermont Shuffleboard Club sponsored the event. It was a cold and windy day but everyone was bundled up and having a good time.  Arthur Jordan has done a great job with growing the club and the courts were running fast.  The event was finished in one day due to the expected rain on the 21st.   It was great to see so many amateurs playing.
