The Deland Shuffleboard Club hosted the ND27 Mixed Doubles Tournament on Feb 23/24, 2023. Richie and Carolyn Burrell were the Directors and The Ankle and Foot Sports Medicine Institute was their sponsor. The courts were in wonderful condition and the weather was hot. Congratulations to Tom Grubb for finally qualifying for his Pro Pin (as of Oct 2023). So far for the 2022-2023 playing season, Steve, Smith, Suzanne DeRocchi, Tom Brown and now Tom Grubb have qualified to move up to Pro. We have two more shufflers, that could also qualify this year.
