ND27 tournament at Deland Shuffleboard Club ended Friday and the Points Reports are available – exception: TOC report is being revised.

Congratulations to Debbie Evans and Sheila Taylor for gaining Move-Up points to achieve 5.0 points in total. As of October 1st 2022 Debbie will move from State Amateur to Pro; Sheila will move from District Amateur to State Amateur.

Here are the results from ND27 held Thursday and Friday in Deland. The main and consolation rounds were played as mens and Ladies non-Walking singles with a mixed finals comprised of the corresponding men and ladies in hte finals playing as mixed teams. ND27: Men’s / Ladies’ Non-walking Singles (12 Frame / 75 point) Pre-registration for DeLand on Thursday February 17-18. Please send email to NDSB@protonmail.com with name and your contact information. Look to this space for a list of confirmed players.  Pre-registration is available from noon Sunday through 5pm Tuesday. A minimum of 8 Players of each gender is needed for the tournament or the tournament may be cancelled or changed to a combined gender tournament.

The State Men’s / Ladies Doubles tournament on Monday in Leesburg will proceed as scheduled. It is a state tournament so no Pre-registration is necessary. No lunches will be available.

Multiple people have tested positive to Covid-19 that attended our Northern District Meeting  last Saturday.  We are cancelling the tournament in Mid Florida Lakes tomorrow. Sorry for the late notice, but we do want to be socially responsible and stay safe.
